Why do some Guest Profiles not report birthday information when people connect with Facebook?

The dashboard collects a guests’s Facebook profile information based on their Facebook profile data sharing permissions. For example, if a guest allows Facebook to share their birthday, the dashboard will collect that information. However, if a guest has not allowed Facebook to share their birthday, the dashboard will not collect this information.
