Synchronization behavior
The Mailer integration will send the Email, First Name, and Last Name of all existing subscribed Guest Profiles for the selected hotspots during the first synchronization run. Subsequent syncs will send subscribed Guest data collected since the last time the rule was run.
- Login to your Robly account
- Go to ‘My Account’
- Go to ‘Account Settings’ and click ‘API Details’
- To Add the Synchronization Rule, in the Smart WiFi Dashboard, click the ‘Integrations’ menu item, then ‘List Rules’ – then click the Robly button:
- Copy and Paste the API ID and API Key and Paste into the Smart WiFi Dashboard and click ‘Submit’:
