The Presence Campaign Rules are an automated way to communicate to with your guests. Presence Campaigns are used to send messages based on when a return guest interacts with your venues hardware and does not require them to authenticate through the Smart WiFi Platform.

Presence Campaign Rule Definitions

  • Proximity Seen: Campaigns will be sent to return guests when their device is reported to the Smart WiFi Platform as detected by your venues hardware.
  • Proximity Leave: Campaigns will be sent to guests after their device is reported to the Smart WiFi Platform as no longer visible to your venues hardware after the configured scheduled time has elapsed.
  • Every Event: Campaigns will be sent to return guests after the configured scheduled time has elapsed for the other Campaign Rules. This means Proximity Leave, Proximity Seen and Guest Connections.

Frequency: This allows you to set the maximum amount of times the presence campaign will send to a guest per day/week/month/year.

Applies to: You have the option to select the gender you want campaigns to be sent to. If no Gender information is collected, the campaign will not be sent. By default All is selected.
