Guest Summary

The Guest Summary report gives you detailed information in real-time about the guest use traffic at your Hotspot(s). This information is based on unique guests devices as opposed to a connection.

1. Hotspot – The hotspot name that has been assigned to each of your Hotspots.
2. New Guests Today – The total number of new, unique guests today (these guests have NEVER connected to this Hotspot before). This is a good indicator of how many NEW e-mail addresses you’ve collected using the Smart WiFi system.
3. New Guests Yesterday – The total number of new, unique guests yesterday (these guests had NEVER connected to this Hotspot before). This is a good indicator of how many NEW e-mail addresses you’ve collected using the Smart WiFi system.
4. New Guests This Month – The total number of new, unique guests this month (these guests had NEVER connected to this Hotspot before). This is a good indicator of how many NEW e-mail addresses you’ve collected using the Smart WiFi system.
5. New Guests Last Month – The total number of new, unique guests last month (these guests had NEVER connected to this Hotspot before). This is a good indicator of how many NEW e-mail addresses you’ve collected using the Smart WiFi system.
6. Total Guests Today – The total number of unique guests that have connected to your hotspot today (these are new guests and returning guests).
7. Total Guests Yesterday – The total number of unique guests that connected to your hotspot yesterday (these are new guests and returning guests).
8. Total Guests This Month – The total number of unique guests that connected to your hotspot since midnight on the 1st of this month (these are new guests and returning guests).
9. Total Guests Last Month – The total number of unique guests that connected to your hotspot from midnight on the 1st to midnight of the last day of last month (these are new guests and returning guests).
