If the equipment is compatible and setup in our system, the Gateway Status Report shows you real-time information regarding the equipment that is installed at your Hotspot(s). This information is useful to remotely see if your Hotspot(s) are up or down or if there’s been an outage. If there’s been a change in the status in the past hour and if you have enabled the alerts in your profile, you will receive an e-mail notice on the 58th minute of the hour in which the change in status occurred.
