No. Our system “remembers” their device (phone/tablet/laptop), so they only need to enter their information the first time they connect to the Smart WiFi system. After that, they simply need to click the “Connect” button and they will be allowed online. We believe that the customer experience should be EASY and non-obtrusive. In fact, if they’ve ever connected at another one of our locations, our system will still let them connect without re-entering their information and our system will then populate their information into your dashboard account.
