A: Yes! You can block any device from being able to use the guest WiFi service. Simply login to the Smart WiFi Dashboard, go to the Reports>Guest Connections page, click on guest and press the “Block Guest” button in their Guest Profile.
You’re given the option to set a message to be displayed to the user and the date you want the guest to be unblocked or make it permanent.
The next time the guest uses their device to try to access the guest WiFi they will be unable to connect and the message will be displayed.
